Grapes:
60% Merlot
20% Cabernet franc
20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification:
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled cement vats for 15 days.
Ageing:
Ageing takes place 90% in second and third passage barriques, the remaining 10% in cement vats.
Sensory characteristics:
It has an intense ruby colour.
The nose is long and persistent. The flavour is pleasant and balanced, quickly drinkable.
IMPERFETTO 2020
IGT TUSCANY RED
Grapes:
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification:
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled cement vats, with maceration lasting 15 to 20 days, with a combination of pumping over and délestage.
Ageing:
The wine is aged in new French oak barriques for a period of 18 months.
Before being marketed, it is further refined for 8 months in glass..
Sensory Characteristics:
It has an intense, deep and concentrated ruby colour.
The bouquet is elegant and complex with hints of spices and berries. In the mouth it is long and well balanced with round and gentle tannins.
The organoleptic depth together with the polyphenol content ensure great longevity to this wine.

WHITE TABLE WINE
Grapes:
60% Viognier
10% Chardonnay
30% Verdicchio
Vinification:
Vinification takes place in cement vats and lasts about 4 days.
Ageing:
Maturation takes place 90% in new barriques and the remaining 10% in cement vats.
Sensory Characteristic:
It has an intense straw yellow colour.
The nose is fine and elegant. The flavour is pleasant and refined.

34% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification:
La vinificazione avviene in barriques nuove da 2001 a temperatura controllata.
Depending on the variety, it lasts between 15 and 40 days. Inoltre vengono eseguite follature manuali 2 volte al giorno, per tutta la durata della vinificazione.
Ageing:
Maturation takes place in new barriques for 24 months.
Sensory Characteristic:
It has an intense ruby colour.
The nose is fresh, with summery notes. The flavour is unique and seeks to recall a beautiful day.
